⚠️ Important: If the package is damaged, tampered with, or altered at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. Kindly record a video or take photos and report it to our support team immediately. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, excluding delivery charges.
We offer exchange or replacement on damaged or defective items.(any production/colour deformities or minor scratches won't be considered)
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide an unboxing video within 48 hours of the order being marked as successfully delivered. The video must clearly show:
The package in its sealed condition
The product being unboxed without cuts or edits
The original order slip included on the box, untouched and unaltered
Please ensure the video is recorded from the beginning before opening the package. If the video is missing, incomplete, edited, or the package appears tampered with prior to recording, we reserve the right to deny the replacement request as a preventive measure against fraudulent claims.
Please ensure availability to receive your order after it has been shipped. If multiple delivery attempts are made and the package remains undelivered due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept(except if the package is damaged or altered), the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a deduction of 15% or Partial payment will be applied to the refund amount. This deduction covers:
Return (RTO) shipping charges
Packaging and restocking fees
The remaining amount (in case of Prepaid) will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing time. For any concerns, please contact our support team before the order is shipped.
